By enrolling in Sing with Heart, you agree to the following:
Attendance & Payment • Lessons are conducted on a pay-as-you-go basis.
• Payment is required for each lesson attended.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee at the teacher’s discretion.
• Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Photography, Media & Lesson Recordings • Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during lessons, workshops, rehearsals, or performances for promotional purposes, including use on the Sing with Heart website, social media platforms, and printed materials.
• Participants may opt out of promotional photography or video recording by notifying the teacher in writing.
• Lessons or performances may be audio or video recorded at the student’s request or with the student’s consent for educational and practice purposes.
• Any recordings made by the teacher will not be shared publicly without the participant’s permission.
Respectful Participation • Sing with Heart aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
• Students are expected to treat the teacher and fellow participants with courtesy and respect at all times.
Changes to Lessons • Lesson times, venues, and schedules may occasionally need to be changed. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Liability • Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
• Sing with Heart accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injury, except where required by law.
